SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped from our office in Colorado. Once an order is placed, you can expect your package to ship within 1-3 business days of the initial purchase. Transit times are provided by the carrier and will vary based on the destination. Should the shipping lead time be longer than the time estimated, Katch is not responsible for the delay as it is a result of the mail carrier.
If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you please contact shipping@katchclothing.com within 48 hours. Please photograph both the original packaging and the damaged item as it greatly helps us when submitting a claim to the carrier.
Katch clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Additionally, if a package is missing but logged as delivered, we are unfortunately unable to replace items. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, however the responsibility of such mishaps is ultimately the responsibility of the mail carrier.
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the continental U.S. Our hope to be able to ship worldwide in the coming months but for now we are domestic.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shipping@katchclothing.com If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 5 days of return approval to be eligible for a full refund.

Non-refundable, returnable for exchange or store credit only.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if items are received within 5 days of the return approval notification, approved returns received after 5 days of the return approval notification will be issued store credit . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
